Hello! Been quite a while, hasn't it? A lot has been going on in my life, let me tell you about it! First off, I was diagnosed with not just one, but three separate sleep disorders. That's right. Three. Take your time processing that, I know it took me for a ride when I learned of it. Anyway, the good news is that they're all manageable, and I have begun to manage them! They are obstructive sleep apnea, circadian rhythm sleep phase disorder, and chronic sleep onset insomnia. Sleep apnea is...well, Google it. Using a machine to maintain and improve that, and it's working! My mental health is up a lot, too. The second thing...Google it, lmao. T
